When you enter your Access Code and click submit, the file download begins immediately. Most files downloaded from the internet are placed into a folder called Downloads. Unless the download location has been changed in your browser’s default settings, you should find the file(s) there.
In Chrome and Edge (previously Microsoft Internet Explorer), the download status is shown in the bottom bar. Click on the file name to find your file.
Safari has the download status icon in the upper-right corner of the browser. Click on the icon to find your file.
